Q: Are your tents fire retardant?

A: Yes, our branded and non-branded tents are fire retardant and meet or exceed the minimum flame resistance requirements established by the CAN/ULC-S109 Standards. Deluxe Canopy is proud to offer this certificate for our clients' piece of mind when attending events, knowing your tent is fully complaint with the Canadian fire code. 

 

Q: What file format do you require for custom projects?

A: We require vector format files (AI, PSD or PDF)

 

Q: Where can I find more information about your custom tent packages?

A: If you require a custom printed tent for trade shows, corporate events, product launches, sports events or anything in-between, choose from one of our custom printed packages available here.

 

Q: Can Deluxe Canopy help me design my custom product?

A: Of course! Our in-house designer will create your mock-up free of charge. We provide unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with your mock-up.

Please note that we don't offer graphic design service such has logo creation. Clients must supply high quality logos and graphics. 

 

Q: What is the main difference between the Pro Series canopy and the Elite Series Canopy?

A: The Elite Series canopy has: 

- Thicker steel profile 

- Heavier and more sturdy

- Upgraded pull-pin locking system

- Redesigned foot pad for increased stability

- Enhanced tension system 

 

Q: What is the main difference between the EcoShade canopy and the ProShade Canopy?

A: The ProShade canopy has: 

- Thicker aluminum profile 

- Stronger connectors and trusses

- Heavier and more sturdy

- Upgraded pull-pin locking system

Q: What is the turn-around time for custom canopies?

A: We have the fastest turn-around in the industry - 7 business days! bigger quantities may have a slight impact.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping to eastern provinces normally takes 2-3 business days, while shipping to western provinces may take up to 5 business days.

 

Q: Can I come to your store to make a purchase?

A: Yes. However, we operate by appointment only. Please call us to book an appointment in order to view products in our showroom.
